mr. C.J.M. (Connie) de Wit

Connie studied Law in Tilburg. In 1989, she graduated at Tilburg University on Social Studies (which included labour law).

Since 1990, Connie gained experience in giving legal assistance in the fields of employment law and social insurance law. After she graduated she joined FNV (a Trade Union Confederation), initially as a "kwestiebehandelaar” (third line legal advisor at FNV), and later as a "trial councellor”, and started giving legal assistance to the FNV-members.

Since 2002, Connie offers her significant experience of labour law and social insurance law as a lawyer to the clients of Kantoor Mr.van Zijl. In 2011, Connie concluded the training as a mediator. Since then she is available to act as a mediator in settling disputes concerning labour legislation and business disputes. Because of the required independence and neutrality, she cannot act as a mediator in disputes where one of the parties is a client of Kantoor Mr.van Zijl. However, she can act as a mediator for clients of auditing firms, administration offices and tax consultancies, as long as these clients are or were no clients of Kantoor Mr.van Zijl.

Connie works part-time (0.8) and has her day off, in principle, on Wednesdays. In case of an urgency, however, our clients can contact her by telephone.
